Arrest Warrants

In order to get an arrest warrant, you must first file a complaint with your local law enforcement agency. The Officer will complete an Incident Report and create an Incident Report Number. You can request a copy of the “Incident Report” no earlier than one (1) day after the initial complaint.

Bond Court

Orangeburg County Bond Court is located in the Orangeburg County Law Complex at 1520 Ellis Ave. in Orangeburg (Get Directions →). All Bond hearings are held daily from 9:00am to 2:30 pm.

The Victim’s Assistance Coordinators are available through the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office and are also located at 1032 Chestnut ST in Orangeburg. The Victim’s Assistance Coordinators help assist the Magistrate’s Bond Court as liaisons with victims appearing at Bond Court Hearings or Preliminary Hearings.

If you are a victim with questions about a bond hearing or a preliminary hearing for an individual who is incarcerated at the Orangeburg County Detention Center, you may call a Victim Assistance Coordinator at (803) 534-1511.

Traffic Court

The Central Traffic Court’s payment window is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. All payments conducted at the window may be paid with cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, or credit cards. If a payment is made with a credit card, a surcharge of 1.83% will be added as well as a $1.00 portal fee.

If you would like to mail a payment through the postal services, please do not send cash. You may only send a money order or cashier’s check. When mailing payments, please include a copy of the traffic ticket along with the payment within the envolpe.

If you cannot send a copy of the ticket along with the payment, please include: the ticket number, the name and address of the defendant, the defendant’s drivers license number, and a daytime telephone number where you may be reached if there are any problems.
