Biography

Patricia S Salley earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from South Carolina State University and a Master’s Degree in Technology in Education from Lesley University. She has worked for the government for many years, beginning with Orangeburg County Department of Social Services, Orangeburg County Development Commission, South Carolina State University, and now Orangeburg County.

Patricia serves as Administrative Assistant IV to the Senior Deputy Administrator, Administrative Assistant to the Orangeburg County Legislative Delegation, and the Transportation Committee.
