Audrey Asbury is a lifelong resident of Vance, South Carolina, a graduate of Holly Hill-Roberts High School, and is committed to excellence and providing service to the citizens of Orangeburg County. Ms. Asbury faithfully attends the monthly meetings of the Vance Concerned Citizens and is a current member of the Rock Hill A.M.E. Church, Vance SC
Clerk of Court
Winnifa B. Clark was elected as Orangeburg County Clerk of Court in November 2008 and was rewarded by the National Council of American Executive “2014 Top Ranked US Executive”.
Samuetta Marshall was elected to the office of Orangeburg County Coroner in 1992, making her the first woman in the county and the first African-American woman in the state to hold this office.
Pandora Jones-Glover relocated to Orangeburg, South Carolina in 2002 to join the First Judicial Circuit’s Solicitor’s Office, and was appointed Probate Judge in 2004.
Leroy Ravenell has devoted his life to ensuring that the laws of this county, this state, and this country are enforced.
E. Madison "Matt" Stokes was appointed by Gov. Henry McMaster to serve as the county's new treasurer effective Jan. 31, 2018.
